Welcome to Nexshop (the "Platform"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before browsing or placing an order. By clicking order, paying, or reaching an agreement with us via Telegram, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.
The Platform lists and facilitates transactions for virtual accounts, AI memberships, and related digital services; the transaction itself completes on the storefront at shop.nexshopx.net. Specifications, quantities, prices and warranty terms are governed by the listing or the quote you receive at the time of order.
You may order with a registered store account, or check out as a guest and retrieve the order by number. Alipay and USDT are supported, settled in CNY. Once paid, an order is considered final and is non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Some scarce specifications are pre-order items delivered after support confirms availability.
In-stock items are delivered automatically once payment confirms, with credentials shown on the order page — usually within 5 minutes and at most 30 during peak. Pre-order items are delivered once support confirms them. After delivery you are responsible for safekeeping the credentials and following the instructions on the listing.
Warranty terms are those stated on each listing — commonly a first login within 12–24 hours of purchase with replacement if the account stops working during the window, and 3-day after-sales on some categories. Warranty does not cover a missed first-login deadline, breaching the listing's limits on editing account details, misuse, anti-fraud/anti-cheat triggers, shared-account anomalies, or events outside the warranty window.
Accounts may only be used for personal or business legal purposes. Fraud, laundering, phishing, or the distribution of illegal content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination with no refund. We will cooperate with lawful authorities when required.
Site content (text, images, logo, UI) belongs to Nexshop; third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reproduction, scraping, or commercial reuse without written authorization is prohibited.
Nexshop is not liable for account unusability caused by third-party platform policy or risk-control changes. We assume no compensation for losses arising from your failure to follow usage guidance.
We may revise these Terms; the published website version prevails. Material changes will be announced in advance on the homepage or Telegram channel. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
