Welcome to Nexshop (the "Platform"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before browsing or placing an order. By clicking order, paying, or reaching an agreement with us via Telegram, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.
The Platform lists and facilitates transactions for virtual accounts, AI memberships, and related digital services. All products are delivered via Telegram by default. Specifications, quantities, and prices are governed by the product page or your Telegram quote at the time of order.
Orders can be placed through the site or directly via Telegram. Supported methods include USDT (TRC20/ERC20), Alipay, WeChat Pay, and credit card (Stripe). Once paid, an order is considered final and is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Account credentials are delivered via Telegram within 5 minutes of payment confirmation; up to 30 minutes during peak. Once delivered, you are responsible for safekeeping credentials. We recommend rotating the bound email and security questions within 7 days of login.
Free replacement within 24 hours if the account fails to log in. For aged accounts under warranty, platform-triggered bans are compensated pro-rata. Warranty does not cover misuse, anti-fraud/anti-cheat triggers, shared-account anomalies, or events outside the warranty window.
Accounts may only be used for personal or business legal purposes. Fraud, laundering, phishing, or the distribution of illegal content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination with no refund. We will cooperate with lawful authorities when required.
Site content (text, images, logos, UI) belongs to Nexshop. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Copying, scraping, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
Nexshop is not liable for account feature limitations caused by third-party platform policy changes or risk-control updates. We are not responsible for losses caused by your deviation from the usage guide.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest published version on the site prevails; material changes will be announced on the homepage or Telegram channel in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
